We would like to recommend JoAnn Bluth as a professional dog Trainer due to our past experiences with her, she impressed us from the beginning, before we had even chosen her as our puppy's trainer. Khaifa, our puppy, changed dramatically from our first training session and continues to improve daily. Even after the training was completed, she made it clear that we could still ask her questions anytime we needed,

We have a rare and unique breed of dog and wanted to make sure we got proper training for her. Khafia is a breed of sighthound, called a Sloughi~ and the breeder informed us that she would be difficult to train, it was very important to us that we found an excellent trainer. We came across Joanne through the Internet. I briefly spoke to her about our sloughi puppy wondering if she had trained either these, or similar sighthound breeds. Before we had made the final decision to have her train our puppy, she took it upon herself to research what a Sloughi was like, and called us to tell us the information that she had found and where we could find it for our further understanding of the breed. Knowing that there was no pressure to continue onto the entire program, if after the first session we were unpleased, we had her come for the first visit.

Khafia changed dramatically from the first day. She had started doing things that the breeder told us not to expect she would ever do. JoAnn made sure that she trained us as well as our dog. She understands that the dog cannot do it alone and each owner must be committed to help the dog learn. This means changing certain things inside and outside your home as well as teaching the owner how to train a dog. JoAnn is also very conscious of what concerns the owner has regarding these changes. She suggests the BEST way to train and the program can be modified from there. After all, it is your dog and home. You will get as much progress as the work you put in. By the end, we had Khafia, what we thought was a nearly untrainable dog, readily healing, staying, and jumping hurdles. Needless to say it was worth every penny.

Of course, our puppy is just that, still a puppy. There have been times since the last session that we have had questions and problems- JoAnn has always been happy to answer any questions we may have, it has been very nice knowing that we have a professional and knowledgeable person that will always be there for us when we need her.

We wholeheartedly recommend Joanne Bluth as a trainer for anyone's four legged loved ones. She has been a great teacher for our puppy and for us. We can honestly say it was a great pleasure to have her in our home and our puppy's life. Thank you JoAnn.

My husband and I are very pleased and very satisfied with the obedience dog training course provided by Canine Authority. Our dog trainer Mr. Andy Luper is definitely the “top trainer and dog behaviorist in the field”! When he first met our dog

T-Bone (a 2 year old Australian Shepard), T-Bone was very aggressive towards him, almost like a fear aggression. My dog would not let the trainer near him and he was trying to bite him. By our last lesson it’s like a miracle happened. Now our dog T-Bone actually looked forward with working with our trainer. T-Bone has changed totally. He doesn’t bark and give that aggressive look anymore at people he doesn’t know. He’s more calmer outside and I continually work him daily in his obedience commands to keep him in line. He’s a pet now that I can enjoy. Mr. Andy Luper indeed is most professional and a loyal pet lover.

JoAnn,

We have been so happy with Chandler and Cami. Yes, we are doing the continued training with them. Cami is a joy to be around now and is limiting her jumping and gaining control of herself.

You were great to work with and we appreciate all you were able to share with us. The cost of an investment in your pet was right on. They will grow to be a treat to have with us.

Our training experience was wonderful!

Mochi was in desperate need of help. We were at our wits end. He was aggressive and we were afraid to keep him. I cannot believe how much he has improved! Mochi is now obedient and has learned so much! Andy has taught us how to control Mochi and how to become better owners. I cannot stress how close Mochi was to being given up. Andy has shown us the “good boy” in him. It’s amazing. I cannot believe the transformation in Mochi. Our dogs and our lives are definitely enriched because of Andy’s help. Thank You!

Dear Andy,

Now that everything is said and done and SUNSTROKE is in the can, I want to personally thank you for your helping us make our picture go as well as it did here on our Phoenix locations.

Working with animals anywhere is never a treat and I took a big chance by employing a “local” to do a job that might very well had gone to one of the trainers in LA that I’m more familiar with.
